  • Copies of your passports, including the pages with your photograph, signature, stamps, visas, and entry/exit stamps.
  • Personal information: phone number, email, any secondary contact details, your current and past 5 years’ residential addresses, and the duration of stay at each address.
  • Identity card (without a fold), place of birth, and military service status.
  • Complete educational background: high school, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees (including school name, duration, major, and address).
  • Employment history for the past 10 years: company name, services provided, address, contact number, position, duration of employment, and responsibilities.
  • Employment letter: indicating your position, duration of employment, salary, and whether you have shift or leave arrangements with your employer.
  • Travel history over the last 5 years: countries visited, dates, purpose of visits.
  • Visa history: whether you have had a US visa, applied or traveled to Canada before, or been refused visas or deported from other countries.
  • Financial proof: detailed bank statements for the last 4 months with a minimum balance of 10,000 CAD.
  • Property, land, or vehicle ownership documents.
  • Family details: marriage date, spouse’s full name, date of birth, occupation, and address; children’s names, date of birth, and address; parents’ full names, date of birth, occupation, and address.

  • Canadian tourist visa processing time is usually 21 days, but it generally takes between 30-60 days. In some cases, responses can be received as quickly as 2 days.
